Application Review — once submitted, your application will be reviewed and you’ll be contacted promptly.

Contract & Deposit — approved applicants will receive a DocuSign link to complete the Puppy Purchase Contract. A $450 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a place on a pre-birth waitlist or to reserve a puppy under six weeks of age.

Puppies six weeks or older require full payment at the time of contract signing.

Reservation Complete — once the contract is executed, your puppy is officially reserved and you may begin preparing for their arrival.
Health Guarantee
At Duke’s Schnauzers, the health of our dogs and puppies is deeply important to us. We thoughtfully screen and select each breeding dog, and all dams and sires are DNA tested through Embark with OFA-certified hearts and eyes. Every puppy is placed with an industry-leading 10-year congenital health guarantee, offering peace of mind to our families.
In the unlikely event that a serious congenital condition is identified, the puppy will be returned to Duke’s Schnauzers, and we will lovingly provide a replacement puppy of the same value when one becomes available, in accordance with our contract.
