Kindly await response from Duke's Schnauzers as we review your application. I promise this does not take long.
Once approved, buyer will be emailed a DocuSign link to complete their portion of the Puppy Purchase Contract.
*$450 non-refundable deposit required to reserve place on a pre-birth waitlist, or to reserve a puppy who is already born puppy and less than 6 weeks old. Note: If a puppy being reserved is six weeks old or older, full payment will be required to hold puppy at time of contract signing.
Contract will be considered active and legally binding, which means the buyer can kick back, relax and wait for their new puppy!
Health Guarantee
At Duke's Schnauzers, we are rigorous in screening and selecting our dogs to ensure that any puppy produced will be healthy. Additionally, all of our breeding dogs carry OFA certification for their hearts and eyes, in addition to DNA testing through Embark. Any puppy from Duke's will come with a 7-year congenital defect health guarantee. This means that in the unlikely event a serious congenital defect surfaces, then the puppy will be returned to the breeder, and the buyer will receive another puppy of the same breed and value when there is one available.
