We live in the country and occasionally our wifi decides it does not want to connect which impact the cameras. If the cameras are unexpectedly down during the day (outside of care times) please text Marly @ 530-570-5902.
Please keep in mind that these are living, breathing animals. Puppy messes do happen and we do attend to our puppies frequently. Also bear in mind that the camera is often turned off during care times (ex: 7:30-10 am CST), and during the night when puppies are 6-8 weeks of age for crate training.
